Don’t build the thing you’re escaping from.
Start your business in The Grove and it grows without growing a boss. Up and running in an hour, the admin carried for you, and you stay the spark.
Free in the beta. Then $39 a month.
Then it grows.
That’s usually where it goes wrong. It starts as your thing. Then come the managers, the meetings, the emails at midnight. And somewhere in the politics, the purpose gets lost.
Nobody becomes the boss. Not even you.
Changes settled by the people they touch.
One place, with the admin carried for you.
Money can fund it. It can never buy it.
…shipped it Tuesday.
You stay the spark.
Do the part you love, and let everyone work where they’re best. The Grove carries the rest, and nothing goes out without your yes.

An example. The agents draft; nothing goes out without your yes.
Up and running in an hour.
Tell Wise-Eye, The Grove’s AI, about your business, in a conversation or from the notes you already have. Within the hour you have a website, your first week in order, and your inbox turning into work. As it learns what you’d say yes to, it offers to take the routine off you.
A smart website
Written from what you’ve told it, your notes, a Google Drive folder or the site you already have, and it invents nothing. Up to eight pages, checked on a phone. It goes live at yourname.the-grove.org or on your own domain, and every message sent through it lands as work.
Your inbox, sorted
Connect Gmail and what arrives becomes tasks, with replies drafted for you to check and send. It learns from your corrections, then offers to take the routine ones off you.
A to-do list that writes itself
Start from a starter pack and your first tasks arrive in order. When something slips, like an invoice past its date or a message nobody answered, it raises its own task.
One note a morning
A few lines on what needs you today. No pings all day, and no channel to scroll back through.
Not there yet: email at an address of your own, and apps beyond Gmail and Google Drive. They’re on the way, and we’ll say when they land.
Don’t start from a blank page.
A starter pack is the working pattern of one kind of business: its parts, the first jobs in order, the weekly rhythm and the know-how your agents work from. Plant it on day one and run it on your own.
The first pack is being written now, with the beta.
Which one should we write next?
Pick it when you ask for an invite. It tells us where to start.
For running social media for other businesses, alone or with one or two others.
- Say plainly what a client gets
- Check the website it builds, add three pieces of work, publish
- Get a client agreement you’re happy to sign
- Make a welcome kit for new clients
Nothing goes out in a client’s name without their yes.
Look inside the packBring your people in.
When someone joins, they join the purpose, not a hierarchy. Nobody’s in charge of you. Nobody’s under you.
Bring them into the crew
Whoever does a branch’s work holds its seat together, so a new person shares the work and the say from day one, once the room above says yes. A different role gets a branch of its own, with its tasks and history already in it.
Nobody becomes the boss
Not you, not an investor, and you never need to hire one. Changes are settled in the room they belong to, and anyone a change directly affects is heard before anything moves.
Everyone works where they’re best
People pick up the work they’re good at. Trust comes from the people you work with, for the work you actually do, never from a title.
Nobody pays per head
The whole thing is one flat fee, however many of you there are.
It grows where the work goes.
Nobody draws an org chart. When work keeps arriving, a branch grows to hold it. When the work stops, the branch composts. The structure follows the work, so it never runs ahead of it.
When you need a company, that’s easy too.
When money starts changing hands, or someone wants to back you, your organisation needs a legal body. We’ll set it up, and handle the returns and almost all the paperwork.
Owned by the people in it
Held in common by its members. Nobody can sell it off for themselves, not even a majority.
Money can fund it. It can never buy it.
Someone can back you with cash and share in what it creates, without getting a vote for it.
The purpose stays put
It can grow with you, but nobody can strip it out to sell what you built.
Being built: the company itself. Until it lands, you can run in The Grove without one, and we’ll tell you when it’s ready.
Leaner from the first month.
The usual way is four apps for one person: $79 a month at list prices, billed yearly. Plus the evenings spent copy-pasting between them.

The Grove: $39 a month
Free while the beta lasts. After it, $39 covers the website, the tasks, the agents and the computing they run on, all in one place. One flat fee, never per person, and never a cut of what you make.
Prices checked October 2026. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
Want the tower for yourself?
This isn’t for you.
Want to build something that beats it?
This is.
Straight answers.
Can I start on my own?
Yes, most people do. It works for one person from the first day, and it’s ready for the second the moment they join, so you never have to tear it down and set it up again.
Who owns it?
The people in it, together. Not an investor, and not us: we look after The Grove’s code, never the keys to your organisation. Money can back you without buying a say, and nobody can strip out the purpose to sell what you built.
Do I need crypto?
No. It runs on the Internet Computer, but you sign in with a passkey and the computing is bought for you inside your plan. No wallet, no tokens, no gas.
Will the AI post things without asking me?
No. It drafts and you decide. Once you’ve approved enough of one kind of work, it offers to take that on, and anything with real consequences still waits for you. You can pull it back any time.
What does it cost after the beta?
$39 a month on your own, $99 for a small team and $199 for a busy one. Plans differ only in how much AI work is included, and you can set a limit so nothing creeps up on you.
Who’s using it?
Nobody outside yet. There’s a working product in an invite-first beta, and we’d rather tell you that than fake it.
Leaner. Faster. Yours.
Start the thing. It’s an invite-first beta, and free while it lasts. We’ll email you when there’s a seat.
A working product, a small beta, and no customers to show you yet.
Under the hood
Curious what’s under the hood?
How an organisation in The Grove senses, leans, grows, dies off, automates and holds its people. Why there’s no throne, why nobody can strip it, and what goes wrong without each part. The long read, for anyone who wants to look underneath.
